Method: Preheat the oven to 180C. Lightly oil an 8" square cake tin with greaseproof paper. Combine the butter, sugar and chocolate in a small pan over a medium heat, until the sugar and chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat and cool. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, eggs and nuts. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture. Sift in the flour with a spoon until thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray. Cook for 30 min. Once cooked, place on a cooling rack. Whilst the brownie is cooking prepare the topping, by: placing a pan half full with water over a medium heat, place a heatproof bowl on the top ensuring that the water will not gain contact with the contents of the bowl. Place the chocolate in the bowl, once melted remove from the heat and cool slightly. After about 5 min add the soured cream. Once cooked, place on a cooling rack and leave to cool slightly before adding the melted chocolate over the brownie. Refrigerate to set the mixture for 30 min before cutting into squares.
